Terms of Service for commissions

If there are any issues with any of the statements made in this document towards the commission please let me know it might need to be discussed because there might be a little room to change.

 

1.General Terms

 

• All pictures may have my signature that may not be removed or altered.

 

• Commissions may be recorded or streamed to be posted or shown on other media

 

• Prices may change depending on Demand

 

• I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

2. Payment

• Currency accepted is only USD through Paypal

 

• Commissions only can be paid 100% upfront unless otherwise discussed

 

• Do not send payment before Everything is discussed and an invoice has been sent

 

• Once paid. There are no refunds unless it is a special case which be sure to contact me to discuss any issue.

3. Process and Delivery

• I will contact you when starting your commission

 

• While working on your commission I will send you reviews to make sure it is right for you

• The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work

 

• The commission will take from 1-3 weeks depending on a few factors such as health, how much complexity is in the piece (background,armor,wings ,etc), other work or conventions.

• If any come up that will slow the commission I will contact you as soon as possible.

 

• Once the piece is finished I will try to make sure to get you both a full resolution and a web friendly size, There is no physical product. We can discuss a possible print of your work depending where you live. Just let me know.

4. Revisions

​

• A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final piece - Unless it is a misunderstanding on my side being made

​

• If you wish to have me change something in the piece you have previously approved, I will Charge you a fee to change it.

​

• If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

5.Copyright/ Usage Policy

​

• I, KeroDash (The Artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to (This is for the artwork not the character or characters) :

  • Promote myself with it everywhere​.

  • Publish books with it (artbooks, etc)

  • Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc)

  • Post it wherever I want

• The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece​ for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums. etc.)

  • Print the artwork and claim the characters as their own but not the artwork itself.

  • Use the art work to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit post it but it is very appreciated.

  • Use the art work on their youtube or other channels and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.​​

• The following is considered copyright infringement:​

  • Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it any way.​

  • Claiming the artwork as your own

  • Removing my signature from the artwork

  • Altering the artwork without my consent

• I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non- personal use may be purchased at anytime​.

6. Customer Satisfaction

​

• Customer satisfaction is number one and I will do my best to give the best service I can!

• If you have any issue with the commissioned piece please let me know as soon as possible and we can find a solution together

• I am willing to look over and change some of my terms as long as it is discussed  before we start the commission process (If you for example do not want me posting your work anywhere we can discuss this.)

7. Refund and Cancellations

​

• You will not be allowed a refund once the commission has been paid (Unless any issue has been discussed for the refund.)

​

• If for any reason I am not able to start your commission a full refund will be issued.

​

• If we DO cancel the commission before it is started then you will get a full refund

​

• If you are getting a refund do not request a a Paypal charge back, I will transfer the money back myself.

​

• If you request a Paypal Chargeback at any point when you were denied to ask for a refund you will lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you . Furthermore, you will be black listed from commissioning me again.

If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose the rights to the art work commissioned from me KeroDash (The artist) And I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned work as I see fit. If you have any issue with any of these statements  we can discuss and make possible changes as long as it is before payment of the commission.

What do you get?

​

• Doodles/ drafts of the work which you must decide on. Depending on the complexity of the work you might get more or fewer

​

• Sketch and or final sketches for the final work that has to be accepted before I continue the work.

​

• Full resolution piece (Usually 3300x 2300px at 300dpi) of final drawing and a smaller version for internet uploads. Files are usually in PNG
